3.2 6ddd will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 6ddd that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
3.3 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your 6ddd account, whether authorised by you or not, unless and until you have formally notified 6ddd of a compromise and we have taken action to secure the account. You agree to notify 6ddd support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.

Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of services. 6ddd shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime.
